The return process

Contact Us and describe which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Please attach photograph (s) in case the reason is quality problems.
2. SEARCH THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will tell you what the return address is, with detailed instructions.
3. RETURN ITEMS
Place the items in the original packaging and send them according to the return instructions.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
When we have received your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange in accordance with our return conditions.
Return conditions
1. Please Contact Us within 14 days of the day you received your order.
2. Returned items must be unused, and with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept items returned directly by the customer without the endorsement of our returns staff. Be sure to verify returns with our staff first.
