In MXGP, making a return is as easy as a count of three! You have nothing to lose! We will give you a refund if you are not 100% satisfied. We have everything covered! To start the return process, please CONTACT US within 14 days of receiving your order
The return process
1. CONTACT US
Contact Us and describe which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Please attach photograph (s) in case the reason is quality problems.
2. SEARCH THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will tell you what the return address is, with detailed instructions.
3. RETURN ITEMS
Place the items in the original packaging and send them according to the return instructions.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
When we have received your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange in accordance with our return conditions.
Return conditions
1. Please Contact Us within 14 days of the day you received your order.
2. Returned items must be unused, and with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept items returned directly by the customer without the endorsement of our returns staff. Be sure to verify returns with our staff first.
4. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the money will be refunded. Airydress cannot refund, refund, cover or be held responsible in any other way for fees not paid directly to Mexicanguitarplayers.com. This includes customs taxes, VAT, as well as return shipping costs that the customer may incur during the refund process. Refunds are returned to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
6. We do not offer the buyer's transportation payment service for packages that are returned to us. The shipping cost for returned packages is non-refundable.

We have warehouses in different parts of the country! If you want to return the items, please feel free to Contact us. Our customer service agents will provide you with the return address based on your order details within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address listed on your package, as that is not our returns address, and it will affect the processing of your return.
