Fernando Delgadillo González (Naucalpan de Juárez, November 11, 1965) is a Mexican singer-songwriter, creator of the “Informal song”. For more than thirty years he developed as an independent artist, staying out of television stations and record companies. He achieved a solid career not only in Mexico, but throughout Latin America thanks to the high quality of his texts, his original musical style and his carefree and natural way of conducting his concerts and establishing contact with the public.

It was not until 2016 that he signed with the Sony Music company for his fifteenth album Acoustic Sessions (on CD and DVD), which, although it includes two unreleased songs ("Enseña Nacional" and "Forecast of time"), is mostly a compilation of songs that have been emblematic throughout his career, such as “Hoy be afraid of me” and “Entre pairos y derivas”, which are presented in new versions. On this album, Delgadillo shared arrangements and musical production for the second time with Yuri Nilo.

He is considered an admirer of important singer-songwriters such as Silvio Rodríguez, Joan Manuel Serrat and Cat Stevens, as well as rock bands such as Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
