Los Tres Reyes is a musical trio of Mexican origin made up of the brothers Gilberto Puente (second voice, requinto), Raúl Puente (third voice, guitar), currently accompanied by the Cuban Bebo Cárdenas (first voice, guitar, maracas). The trio Los Tres Reyes, of Gilberto and Raúl Puente, with Hernando Avilés as the first voice, was integrated in October 1958. The group enjoyed splendid success until it broke up in 1966, meeting later in 1991 to date, although with different singers, since Avilés passed away in 1986.

The brothers Gilberto and Raúl Puente González were born in Anáhuac, Nuevo León, Mexico, on November 29, 1936 (although they publicly identify themselves as originally from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas). They are both twins, Gilberto having been born first. Two years earlier Gustavo, the eldest brother, had been born in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, and finally Carlos, the last brother, was also born in Anáhuac.
