Some of the guitarist influences that have marked his style are Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie Malmsteen, Slash, BB King, Richie Blackmoore, Steve Stevens, Jimmy Hendrix, among others, and the types of music he has performed are blues, flamenco, baroque, classical, native and pre-Hispanic music, alternative and all derivatives of metal, throughout his career he has had many bands that have marked him, of countless genres such as Heavy Metal, Thrash, Death, Folk Metal, Progressive, Power, Symphonic, Rock in Spanish.

He has also been inspired by some interpreters of pre-Hispanic music such as Jorge Reyes, Antonio Zepeda, Gonzalo Ceja, Grupo Tribu, Chac Mool and many more. Since he was a child, he has been motivated by the curiosity of breaking rules in musical matters and fusions and he is fascinated by feeling trapped in the fusion of mixing ancestral culture with music as well as making our ancestral culture known through metal music and metal through music. pre-Hispanic.

Cemican has been the only Mexican band to be invited to European festivals such as Hellfest in France, Download in France, Wacken Open Air in Germany, Wacken Winter Nights also in Germany, Resurection Fest in Spain, Leyendas del Rock in Spain, Cernunnos Pagan Fest in France, Tatto Fest in Holland, Hell and Heaven in Mexico on several occasions, Mexico Metal Fest, Force Fest and many more festivals.

In addition to playing in many cities around Mexico, having presentations in countries such as Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Colombia, France, Germany and many more. Cemican is also opening spaces for many national bands to become known on international stages. As of the date of this publication, they have just announced the band for the Wacken Open Air 2023.
